Dr. Travis Utter attended Florida State University and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003, where he studied Communications and Science. A true passion for helping and healing others, Dr. Utter attended Palmer College of Chiropractic. Since graduating in 2011 he has primarily focused on Whiplash related injuries. Dr. Utter is certified in Whiplash & Brain Injury Traumatology, emphasizing the biomechanics of injury mechanisms, occupant kinematics, automobile crash reconstruction methods, our most current knowledge of imaging techniques, and the comprehensive case management of whiplash and related disorders. He currently holds licenses in Florida and Kentucky.
Kentucky born and Florida raised, Todd has spent the last 9 years in the medical field managing and marketing for orthopedic companies. He now is the acting Chief Operations/Marketing Officer for the company and is focused on creating the best patient experience. His passion for helping others and working with the injured from auto accidents, and sports injuries gives him a true sense of fulfillment. As an advisory member for The First Tee of Tampa Bay he spends much of his free time on the golf course of helping the charity.
When I was a kid I always wanted to be a neuroscientist because the brain has always fascinated me. After serving in the Navy and while working to get my Bachelors degree, I took some marketing classes and became fascinated with the field of marketing at its application of finding ways to build relationships with customers by leveraging neuromarketing concepts. While pursuing my doctorate, I began teaching Business, Marketing, Customer Service and Human Resources classes at a local university. While I stopped my pursuit towards obtaining a Doctorate degree, my passion for learning and knowledge continues. I truly love people, marketing and learning. Married for 10 years and dedicated father of two, I am also an avid reader, love the outdoors, and always looking for opportunities to engage in any sporting activity.
After studying Communications with a concentration in Journalism at the University of South Florida, I began my career writing copy for a Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations firm in Tampa, FL. I then shifted into retail and fashion, even living in Atlanta, GA for 2 years to work in beauty and fashion sales and marketing as well as wardrobe styling. After returning home to Tampa, I worked in sales and marketing in the medical field focusing on toxicology and genetic diagnostics. I then transitioned to diagnostic imaging within the personal injury field. Working in injury treatment is truly a rewarding and fulfilling use of my marketing and relationship building skills.
Outside of work, I am passionate about fitness, fashion, animals, music, food, and enjoying the outdoors with my loved ones.

After spending most of my life in Cleveland, Ohio, I spent 4 years obtaining a Bachelor’s degree at Eastern Michigan University. Following graduation in 2016, I relocated to Tampa, Florida marketing for Ford, and Fast Track Urgent Care. I fell in love with Chiropractic work after my own unfortunate accident. I now gladly assist with building and maintaining relationships in the Tampa Bay and Wesley Chapel area. As a full time graduate student pursuing my Masters of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, you can often find me at your local Starbucks studying, or visiting my family up North. I am a FL State Licensed Massage Therapist that graduated from Erwin Technical College in 2016. I am passionate about the positive effects of massage therapist. I believe that a combination of manual therapy, physical therapy and manipulative treatment of misalignment of joints will help anybody to recover from auto injury.
Wilmer Montero is a Massage Therapist; a graduate from Everest University in 2015, License to practice Massage in the State of Florida. Wilmer is fluently in Spanish and English and during his spare time he enjoys spending time with his Grandchildren's. He also enjoys watching Baseball. His goal as a Massage Therapist is to continued to educate himself and enhance his knowledge as a Therapist in order to assist client to recuperate from injuries sustained in automobile accidents.
Yanelis Martinez was born in Cuba and moved to the United States in 2013. She has a degree in accounting and its currently studying Computer Information Technology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and travel.
